Two new bills, HB 1061 & SB 1342 – Traffic Control, have been filed in the Florida House and Senate that would reform Red Light Cameras, making it easier to contest tickets and prohibiting right-turn on red fines. The House Bill is now in the Economic Affairs Committee and the Senate Bill is in the Transportation Committee. Please contact the members listed in the article and ask them to support HB 1061.
